Article 1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of health and pharmaceutical information services provided by Thismed ("Service").
Article 2. Nature of Service
This Service is an informational tool that connects and displays health and pharmaceutical information using public data, academic databases, and AI analysis technology.
This Service is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or disease prevention. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
This Service does not account for individual health conditions, medical history, or concurrent medications.

Retrieves and displays supplement ingredient and content information based on government and international public data. RDI/UL values reference scientific standards from recognized authorities including IOM and EFSA.
๐ฌ Professional
Searches academic databases and clinical research, then analyzes and summarizes findings using AI technology. Interpretation of research findings must be reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals.
๐ Journal
Provides health and pharmaceutical content based on scientific literature. Content is created with AI assistance and reviewed and edited by a licensed pharmacist for educational purposes.
๐งช Lab
Educational visualization tools based on published pharmacokinetic and physiological research data. These tools display simplified general trends and do not account for individual variables such as age, weight, liver function, genetics, etc. They are not clinical calculators or medical devices.
Article 3. Data Sources & Limitations
Information provided by this Service is based on the following types of sources:
Public data and APIs from government agencies
Public data from international health authorities
Paper metadata and abstracts from academic databases
Nutrient reference values from recognized authorities (IOM, EFSA, etc.)
Proprietary classification systems based on academic literature (e.g., bioavailability grades)
Some features use AI technology, and due to the nature of AI, completeness and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Information from this Service should be used as reference material only and cannot serve as a basis for medical decisions.

Article 4. User Responsibilities
Users shall not rely on this Service as a basis for medical judgment or medication decisions.
All supplement or medication decisions must be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Users shall not collect data through abnormal methods such as automated scraping.
Article 5. Limitation of Liability
Thismed assumes no legal liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of this Service.
All decisions based on information provided are the sole responsibility of the user.
Thismed is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by external data source outages or changes.
Drug information is based on publicly available data and cannot substitute official prescribing information or serve as a basis for medical judgment.
Information generated or summarized by AI technology may contain errors, for which Thismed bears no responsibility.
Article 6. Intellectual Property
The UI, design, classification systems, and analysis logic are the intellectual property of Thismed.
Public and academic data copyrights belong to their respective owners or providers.

Article 8. Service Modification & Suspension

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Article 10. Amendments
These Terms may be updated as required by law or service operations. Changes will be announced on the Service.
